Rotary International President 2025-26

Francesco Arezzo, a distinguished member of the Rotary Club of Ragusa, Italy, has been elected as the President of Rotary International for the 2025-26 term, assuming office on 1 July 2025. With over 30 years of dedicated service to Rotary, Arezzo brings a wealth of leadership, strategic vision, and humanitarian commitment to this prestigious global role.

Arezzo is an accomplished orthodontist in private practice, recognized internationally through his active membership in the Italian Society of Orthodontics, the European Orthodontic Society, and the American Association of Orthodontists. His professional excellence is complemented by his role as Vice President of the National Association of Italian Dentists for the province of Ragusa.

Beyond dentistry, Arezzo has shown a deep commitment to cultural and social causes. He was the founder and head of the Ragusa delegation of the National Trust for Italy (FAI) for seven years, working to preserve and promote Italian heritage. He is also a Knight of Honor and Devotion in Obedience in the Sovereign Order of Malta, reflecting his lifelong dedication to humanitarian values.

Francesco Arezzo is married to Anna Maria Criscione, an entrepreneur in the tourism industry. Together, they have two children and share a strong belief in service, leadership, and community development.
