Ankush Jain, a graduate of the hotel management programme, has more than 22 years of personal experience in all facets of the 5 star hotel industry.
Ankush Joined Rotary Club Of Bombay Seacoast in 2022 and was introduced by his neighbour Rtn Sampath K Iyengar. He began to regularly support projects.
He agreed to become the President of Seacoast for the year 23-24
Ankush began his professional life in 1999 at the Carlson Wagonlit Group, and in 2001 he accepted a position as a Lead Associate at the JW Marriott Juhu. After completing Marriott International’s Management Trainee programme in 2006, he was promoted to Restaurant Manager.
Ankush later joined Elder Pharmaceuticals’ Blue Waters division as its general manager in 2006.
Ankush began working at the Renaissance Powai, a Marriott property, as the manager of three restaurants in 2007.
Ankush started working for the Sarovar company in 2008, when he was hired as the Marine Plaza F&B Manager.
The Italian Consulate sent Ankush a letter of thanks for his assistance during the 2008 incident at the Oberoi Hotel.
Ankush launched his business in 2010 with a food processing unit that focuses on mass production.
He also has HisĀ own Patisserie at Mumbai operating in the name of Aarav Enterprises which focuses in breads, snacks & desserts.
His Esteemed clients include Britannia Industries Ltd, Taj Flight Kitchen Utopia Hospitality, NESCO Ltd
Ghasitaram Gifts, Foodworks Trupti Caterers, Popular Caterers.
He is aptly supported by his better half Vinaya Jain who had been with the aviation industry for 13 years as an In Flight executive.
Currently she manages the most important assets of ours which is our children Aarav & Araaina who are 13 years and 8 years old respectively.
Vinaya is fond of drawing & listening to music . She is a good event planner.
