Pramod Gothi is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) accredited by International Coaching Federation (ICF). He has more than 3,000 hours of coaching experience to his credit. He has coached more than 175 Entrepreneurs, CEOs, COOs, Marketing Heads and other Senior Executives across a range of industries in the last 10 years. In his 38 year corporate career in various leadership positions, 25 years of which as MD/CEO with a large corporate conglomerate, he has seen the challenges of various positions and situations. This helps him to view and connect with the client situations. He has strong presence during coaching and skills of active listening, probing, challenging and identifying the blind spots. This helps to create a shift in the leaders which in turn helps them to see the situations with a new perspective.

He is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), certified by ICF. This is the highest level accreditation given by ICF. He has also been designated as CEO Coach by CFI. He is a Gold Medallist in Engineering from IIT. He is now coaching Entrepreneurs, MDs, CEOs and CXOs across industries like FMCG, Fashion, Banking, Consulting, Engineering, Food, etc. both in India and abroad.

Working across diverse industries, Pramod has enormous experience in setting up green field projects, converting them into profitable ventures and turning around loss-making companies. His style has been to lead from the front and he believes that continuous training and coaching of young colleagues contributed greatly to the success of his companies/ projects. Pramod was also instrumental in setting up various joint ventures and technical collaborations with Italian, German, French and Japanese companies during his corporate tenure.
